Our ordering process at Architectural Shade Sails is simple

Start you project today—and we’ll ship your commercial shade sails to you, usually in 7 business days after we confirm your project requirements and quote approval. Here are the easy steps for you:

Step 1: Call or email us—and we’ll email you our order form. Or create a dealer log (email us to get a dealer account created).

Step 2: Architectural shade sails will send you a form to fill-out. Once completed email the form back to us so we can review your project needs.

Step 3: Our support staff will contact you to review your project needs and confirm all information for your project. With our True Quote™ pricing, we will give you a quote that should be priced lower than any written estimate you already have.

Step 4: Working with our designers and craftspeople, we blend our two decades of experience and expertise with the latest innovations in design and manufacturing—what we call our True Fit™ process—to create your custom shade sail.

Step 5: Once your shade sail is made to your specs and quality checked, we will carefully package and ship the sail—and all the necessary hardware—to you.
